The Auglaize County Health Department is working on updating our Strategic Plan that is a guiding tool for the departments future. A vital part of the Strategic Plan process is to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats for the Health Departent. The SWOT is a tool to help estiblish our long term goals and areas for improvement.
